General Ticket Conditions

  • E Tickets are not refundable and cannot be transferred
  • Prices are subject to change without notice due to any changes in government charges, taxes or levies. All prices in AUD and include GST.
  • Tickets can only be purchased through this web site by using a major credit card. Your credit card will be debited at the time of ordering.
  • All credit card purchases are made through a secure payment facility. The service uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol that was developed to protect confidential information such as credit card numbers and other financial data from interception and hacking. In the unlikely event that you believe any unauthorised use of your credit card has occurred, please immediately notify us by email and contact your bank directly.
  • Handle your e-ticket as you would cash. Be cautious if someone offers to sell you this document - it has no official resale value and may be an unauthorised copy.
  • Lost, damaged or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.
  • Valid for entry during normal Australian Shark & Ray Centre operating hours only (excludes after hours events)
  • Management reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without notice.
  • Upon completion of purchase you will be emailed an e-ticket.
  • Print this e-ticket and present at The Australian Shark & Ray Centre on entry
  • Entry only granted on presentation of printed e-ticket.
  • Valid photo ID and credit card used for purchase may be required to validate.
  • Concession ID must be presented to validate tickets for pensioners, seniors and students.
  • E-ticket can only be used once.

Conditions of Entry

  • Children 12 or under must be with their parent or supervising adult at all times and the parent or supervising adult must accompany the child(ren) into the water (entry costs for parents apply)
  • Parents/supervising adults are responsible for their children at all times
  • Entry onto the centre is strictly at your own risk
  • No sitting, swimming, jumping or splashing when in the water
  • No hand feeding of the animals. Always use the stick provided
  • No handling of animals in any other way than directed
  • No running allowed in and around the centre
  • No eating allowed in the main tank area
  • Entry into the Tawny Nurse Shark tank is not permitted without a staff member
  • Please be mindful of inappropriate language
  • Management does not take the responsibility for personal items
  • Damage to property will be reported to the police

ANY HARMFUL BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS OUR ANIMALS WILL EITHER RESULT IN BEING ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND OR BEING ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND AND BEING REPORTED TO THE R.S.P.C.A
