The Australian Shark and Ray Centre, Port Stephens, invites you to meet and greet our amazing and wonderful animals in a one on one experience like no other. Our experiences will take you on a riveting, safe and breathtaking journey. Hand feed Sharks, rays, seahorses, eels and fish who all call our place home and will show you the most hands on exhilarating marine experience for all ages.

The Australian Shark and Ray Centre is all about bringing to the public exactly what the big aquarium keepers (the aquariums are big, not the keepers) have everyday. For over a century people have played with giant rays, hand fed sharks and so much more, but only if you worked at a big aquarium |
We are just 15 minutes from Nelson Bay, 30 minutes from Newcastle and 2.5 hours from Sydney.
Directions: Travel on Nelson Bay Road until you see the big GO KARTS sign. Turn Left onto 'Marsh Road' and we are 1km up the road on the left..
